Don Kincaid is a Research Professor at the University of South Florida. He directs Florida's Positive Behavior Support Project: Response to Intervention for Behavior and co-directs the Florida Center for Inclusive Communities, a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. Dr. Kincaid is also a partner of the OSEP Technical Assistance Center for Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports. In the past few years, Dr. Kincaid has been actively involved with the Florida Department of Education and Florida's Problem-solving Response to Intervention Project in developing and delivering an integrated, multi-tiered system of student supports for Florida's districts and schools.
