FAQ

Q: What forms of payment are accepted for the conference?

A: We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, and Discover) and checks. Agency checks or personal checks must be made payable to Canyons School District (see below). Please include each participant's confirmation page or list of participants with agency and phone number. We DO NOT accept purchase orders.

Checks must be received within 14 days. If you are unable to meet this timeframe please contact Innovations Conference Support Staff by phone at 801-826-5045.

Q: Can I send one check for a group of participants?

A: Yes. Please include each participant's confirmation page or list of participants with agency and phone number.

Q: How do I pay using my credit card?

A: Credit Card payment for individuals or groups can be made online. The online payment provider is Revtrak and you must sign up for a user account to complete a credit card payment. Payment is best made at time of registration. Payment may also be made at a later time using the link below.

However, please make sure registration has been submitted prior to payment. Please contact Innovations Conference Support Staff by phone at 801-826-5045 with any concerns regarding credit card payments.

Q: Can I move from strand to strand?

A: Each strand is organized to meet specific objectives over the course of the two day conference in order to maximize learning. The objectives for each strand are listed in the strand description on our web site. Each strand is also limited to a certain number of people. If you find that a specific strand is not meeting your needs, we will do our best to accommodate you, space permitting.

Q: Are meals included in conference costs?

A: Breakfast and lunch will be provided for each day of the conference. If you have special dietary needs for the above meals, please include that information when you reserve your slot. If you have already reserved a slot at the conference, and need to request accommodations, please email rti.innovations@gmail.com with your requests.

Q: I paid for the conference, and now cannot attend . . . What are my options?

A: No refunds can be given, you can however send someone in your place with notice. Contact Innovations Conference Support Staff at rti.innovations@gmail.com or by phone 801-826-5045.
